Ended up with a surplus of two new-in-box Microsoft Surface book 3 with 15" screen, i7 processor. 32g ram and 512g SSD. These are also Windows 10 Pro and have the 6gb NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti graphics processor. What we like about the surface books is the extended battery when using as a laptop, but detach the monitor and you essentially have a surface pro style tablet computer.
