ihod Posted September 27, 2021 Share Posted September 27, 2021 I'm struggling to access Composer HE and am getting the message: Could not authenticate connection to the Director at 192.168.1.xxx. Common causes are incorrect time/date settings on the controller or the computer running the controller. I've had this issue periodically before and its resolved itself but this time, I'm stuck and a reboot and reinstall of HE hasn't worked (I'm running HE 2.3.2.606456-Res). Any ideas, please?
