Teehan Posted October 13, 2021 Share Posted October 13, 2021 New to the C4 ecosystem and really like it but surprised that there is no native geofencing for my iPhone. I've read about IFTTT solutions but don't want to start messing with that. I had a network of Nest products at my old house and this feature was baked in and extremely useful. Matt Lowe Posted November 9, 2021 Share Posted November 9, 2021 You can do this with Alexa right now in control4 as well. It has worked really well. The only issue is that after some time if the alexa app is not opened on my phone it will stop geo tracking. Been looking for a solution to open the app to see if helps but have not found much on android. It maybe some power savings feature of OS but i think i have disabled everything that I could and still after a few days it cuts the geo fencing.
