It came back on after an hour or so but when I got home a VERY loud buzzing sound was coming from ALL house speakers. Triad amp seems to be working ok - I routed some audio through it fine. EA-3 controller seems ok - I can connect to it via the C4 app. Is my Matrix shot? Anything else I can do to troubleshoot? Thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It COULD be the powersupply, so if not in warranty you could see what's out there for repair options (at your own risk of course) - but I fear you're going to have a some quiet time on your hands.... neil.patel Posted February 7, 2022 Share Posted February 7, 2022 If you can find a replacement power supply it is worth a shot. My matrix failed a few weeks ago and a I had a spare power supply from an old hc300 I picked up which had already been replaced. It is a 120v ac to 5v dc 15w supply. was simple to change and was up and running within a half hour again if that is what has failed.
