walexander103 Posted April 12, 2022 Share Posted April 12, 2022 I had a LUMA system installed at my home. Installer went AWOL. I need to view my cameras. He did not leave me the username or password he used to program my system. I have tried the factory setting to no avail. I will pay someone to remote in to my pc and do whatever to get my un and pw reset. Please let me know if you are interested in helping.
