iOS: v1 C4 Thermostat schedule showing crazy numbers

Recommended Posts

@Jonathan, C4 Engineer or @Darin, C4 PM UI

So this is only happening on two iPhones, my iPad is fine, my t3’s are fine.  The temp showing on the schedule menu are crazy high.  I’ve toggled C/F and makes no difference, both C and F are giving me drastically off numbers.  I have 4 thermostats and they are all showing these types of #s

director version: 3.2.3.606460

iOS App: 322.20.0

  • eggzlot changed the title to iOS: v1 C4 Thermostat schedule showing crazy numbers

I see that I have exactly the same problem on my iPhone (unable to access my iPad system at present),  was fine 4 weeks ago when I updated the schedules for winter. I am not sure when the issue started as I don’t look at schedules often.

Interestingly, this problem appears at one house but not the other.  I suspect the difference may be that at my beach house I use the Yatun thermostat driver whereas at my main residence I use native C4 thermostat driver (and this is the one giving the funny numbers).

Same! On 3.2.4 Director and latest iOS app. All my c4 therms (original thermostats) show crazy numbers on the schedule.
fwiw, this release of the iOS app has broken our custom wallpapers, too.

If you mean refresh navigator then yes

again only on iPhones.

Yeah refresh navigators will do the same thing. There is a separate “sync settings” option within the iOS app which (as far as I know) does exactly the same thing as refresh navigators but for the one device only.

Yeah just tried and didn’t work

not sure if it’s related but I’ll wait til the work week and hopefully c4 chimes in

Yes this isn't a sync or setting issue. We had a small issue with displaying celsius. We fixed this already and you should be seeing this fixed in the next Test Flight build

Thanks @Jonathan, C4 Engineer though please note I was using F not C and still had the issues.  I switched to C, reverted back to F, and still had the issues.

What app version are you using? We have fixed a recent issue with getting some icons. Would be good to know if there's something different in your setup that we didn't have on our test systems

I believe the version with the fix is going to be 322.21. Once you get this version please let me know if this continues to be a problem for you.

I can confirm the latest app helped with the temp sensor read out

my roku icons are still missing though as shown above
