Jane M. Posted June 21, 2022 Share Posted June 21, 2022 Hi Everyone, I recently installed a Sonos Port in my home. I can select music on the Sonos App and play it to the Sonos Port in any room. However, I can't get C4 to show my Sonos Favorites or Sonos Playlists on the C4 App (or C4 Touchscreen). I see the tabs for Sonos Favorites and Sonos Playlists when I click the Sonos C4 button.....but it's always blank. Anyone experience this or know what's wrong? If you just have the port feeding a house audio system it may not have actually been integrated and you wouldn't really have known since C4 wouldn't be controlling volume or power of the sonos port.
