Ringold Posted August 14, 2010 Share Posted August 14, 2010 I have installed a new Kwikset lock and noticed the firmware version on the lock is 1.04.16. The control4 Driver software states that you must have firmware version 1.05 for full functionality. pharmdsmith Posted August 14, 2010 Share Posted August 14, 2010 Remove the batteries, then put back in. Press top left button 4 times, then top right 4 times. Wait about 30 mins and check to see if it upgraded. I had one that was real stubborn and kept failing half way thru. The 6th time was the charm.
