mridixon
If you have a large collection of dvd's and cd's can the sony dvd/cd player be piggy-backed to one another and hooked up to the control4 media unit?
RyanE
Yes, the Media Controller can handle multiple Sony 777's. The issue is that each will have it's own audio / video outputs, and will need to be switched somehow, either through your receiver for the local zone, or through audio/video matrix switches if you wanted to distribute that video / music throughout the house.RyanE
lakecranberry
How does Control4 work with other multi disk DVD players? I noticed that Sony has other models also (i.e. DVP-CX995V)?
R_Willis
How does Control4 work with other multi disk DVD players? I noticed that Sony has other models also (i.e. DVP-CX995V)?The Sony es777 has serial (RS232 control). The Sony cx995 does not. Most prefer the 777 and the excellent bi-directional RS232 driver for it.
