Really annoying. second system installed. Conflicting control access required(student residence building) us to backward engineer hardwired Lighting Control Keypad for A/V input, control etc. (partly for security of devices not to walk out of the room) Double tap on input key to select second input source etc....I have read many reports on the forum regarding lock up of the screen, Hardware and wire looming suspected of needing clean up. Should we just skip straight to replacing the screen? Time is of the essence. Board of Design/Engineers meeting here to discuss next installation!
