Spiro Posted January 20, 2019 Share Posted January 20, 2019 Hi All Wondering if anyone has had an issue with lagging when trying to execute a task on the ELK M1. The scenario is as follows, I have my ELK M1 doing all my access control. I have tasks setup such as "Open Front Gate" which controls my gate. When I activate this directly on an Elk Key pad or remote, it fires the task which opens the front gate. This is reliable and works every time. At the front gate however, I have a DS2 intercom. I program when User Code 3 is entered then activate task 1 (Open Front Gate). There is always a lag of at least 5 second before the gate opens however occasionally it can be as long as 30 seconds or not at all. My Elk is connect to C4 via the Ethernet adapter.
