I’ve tried connecting through both my core switch which is a Netgear GS748TP and my Nighthawk R9000 Router. 

Results are the same. I’ve even placed them all within COS 7 to provide traffic as a high priority. 

I’ve recently converted to the SnapAV Binary MOIP 900 Series. Originally had stability issues were the transmitters and receivers would go offline randomly. I’ve added a dedicated Araknis Layer 2 switch and the units now appear to be stable, however; the website interface on the controller shows all devices in an offline mode. My C4-HC-800 has no issues controlling, however; it appears to be running sluggish when switching sources and sometime i require to select the source multiple times.

Has anyone encountered these 2 issues? 

Any recommendations?
