Is it recommended to use the touch screens intercom as monitors? i.e. so I can hear (not see) what is going on, on the 1st floor landing area in my house when we have gone to sleep as that’s where our kids rooms are and the Mrs likes to know in case they wake up in the middle of the night or calling for us, as we have a wireless touchscreen in our room.
I used it like that for a while and working well, but now I cant seem to call in to the first floor (from my room or the ground floor) it just won’t accept it. First I thought it’s the touch screen itself, but I can select rooms turn things on and off, we just cant get the intercom to work anymore for that floor. I have re-started it few times and still the same, is there anything else I can try to get it work again?

Sorry for the radio silence on this, I managed to find a person who sells re-condition PSU here in the UK and I ordered one and fitted it in yesterday and it worked

Did you change the the original wires in the unit to fit that power supply?

Unfortunately I cant get hold of this power supply no one has it in stock anymore, so they have recommended this one in replacement https://www.digikey.co.uk/en/products/detail/xp-power/ECL25US05-T/4785611 I assume this should work?

still not working for me I have given up now, and just have to use my old PC to use Composer.

I have had my C4 audio Matrix for a while and recently it stopped working. I contacted my dealer who then rang C4 and they said they wont repair it, but they did say we are pretty sure its the Power Supply that is causing the issue.
I live in London UK, does anyone know who can fix this for me or where can I get the part for it?
Any help or guidance would be appreciated as I don't want to spend another coupe of thousand pounds in getting a new one, cant afford it right now. -

Dealer put in a ticket with C4 and they told him "Composer is not designed for Windows 11, however it will be fully compatible in the near future. A big software update has recently been announced and I'm told it should likely roll out around the end of May (it's currently in beta-testing). Maybe that will also include Windows 11 compatibility??"

In and of itself, the software runs on win11 (yes I use pro) just fine.
