My recommendations are the fallow.

-5.1 Living room Denon inside AV closet with HDMI converter. You can have cable box, Apple TV, Blue-ray, etc connected to the Denon AV.

-Audio around the house i can recommend you a power amp with a matrix if you want different music in different areas.
