Absolutely... what do I need to do?

In composer HE my projector currently shows "false" by "connected to network". I'm unable to use my remote to turn on and off my projector and have gone back to using the JVC IR remote or my DirecTV remote.
My dealer installed a Luxel router and AP that rarely worked properly and were a constant maintenance item. So, I swapped out routers and had my local C4 dealer come out. They updated my OS, failed to exclude a z-wave door lock, told me my thermostat wouldn't work with the new OS3, reconnected my projector, and charged me ~$250. A couple days later my projector quit responding. This has been my situation for some time until I recently got into Composer and discovered the above.
After my last dealer visit, I fired (online) the local dealer and found a remote one. Unfortunately, I missed the initial contact from the remote (my fault) and have been unable to catch back up. At this point, I'm functionally without a dealer despite being subscribed to 4Sight.
Any help is appreciated

10.0.0.66 but there is no option to set the IP address in composer. It may not be the right driver... not sure.
