Exactly the same experience 

Still getting feedback that ‘device’ is not responding but still does what I have asked. I have rebooted the EA3, check Alexa app, rediscovered etc. 

dealer is still looking into the issue.

I have the exact same problem and it’s persistent. Done similar steps to you and it’s the same. Have reached out to dealer to look at and see what happens. Any help appreciated 

With my C4 I have got ds2 installed at the Gates with a desk iPad type which generally is the back office. 

In in the house I have the ds2 programmed to play a playlist of door bells playlist from Spotify on my Sonos in the lounge But this is not loud enough and at times miss the door if I am in other rooms. 

Options is to get another Sonos play 1 but this is a very expensive just for it to be door bell! 

I do have amazon dots dotted around the house and wondering if that could play the annocements? 

What other options do I have? If not are there much cheaper speaker that I can get to integrated well with c4?
