I added a CA1 to a project for an added server and can’t get a Zigbee channel to populate or be able to change. Any suggestions? Thanks

Has anyone been able to make the 128BPT panel work with 3.0 or has C4 came out with a new driver for this panel? Any help will be appreciated.

I have so many issues with 3.0 and 3.1 that I want to roll back to 2.10.6. What is the easiest way to do this so that all my touch screens and other controllers on my system go back also? I have (1) EA5 and (2) EA3 as well as a CA1.

I have (3) Apple TV's 4K that has been working fine with the Gen1-3 IP driver from C4 for the last 3 years but in the last few days the interface with the remote has stopped working and the drive just says initializing. Any thoughts? The driver is up to date.

I am still having this issue in 3.1. the scenes delete every 1-2 weeks and I will have to re-load the project. Any thoughts?

yes, not much help. 

I have a customer that is on a EA5, and every since I installed the project every 1-2 months his IR stops working for the whole project. I have to reset the controller and then the IR works for 1-2 months again and then stops. Any suggestions?

Every since I upgraded to OS 3.0 I keep loosing all of my lighting scenes in the advanced lighting agent. I have to keep uploading the project backup every 4 weeks or so. It actually deletes all my lighting scenes in this agent. Any thoughts on this? I never had this issue prior to OS 3.0. My controller on this project is an EA5.

What is the best method to get digital watchdog cameras or NVR/spectrum to populate IP cameras in C4? Thanks in advance.

Yes the 128 BPT has a direct connect 232. That is how we currently have it using the houselogix driver and all functions and status work great. Just not sure what option is best to switch these 5/6 customers to do they have the same functions and status as they do now. Thanks for the reply’s. 

Do you know if it works with the Vista 128 BPT? I read that it doesn’t work well with this panel only the BP as the BPT is more of a commercial panel. Thanks for reply. 

Can someone help me with the replacement driver for the Honeywell Vista 128 BPT Houselogix Driver. This will not work for 3.0 and I have 5-6 locations using this panel and driver.
