 If I just reset of the C4 controller for this method , Can I use the normally?

I have one C4-EA1  Control 4 Automation controller.

Last week our modem was reset , for this reason  controller's IP adresses was change and control 4 controller is not working now 

I need to connect controller and change the IP adress..

Do you have any software for connect controller and changing IP adress?
