Does anybody have a manual that has any info on led codes?

Like perhaps this document (that I cannot access)?

I have DS2 with no keypad (not the mini). It stopped working and need some help in debugging. If I take the faceplate off, I can see the RJ45, reset button, and leds. If I unplug and replug it in, the red led turns on, then a few seconds later the left led (sort of amber/greenish) starts to flash, and a few seconds later, the red seems to be flashing in a pattern. The device does not appear on the network and the switch says shows bytes being sent to it but 0 received.

Does anybody have any information on how to debug the issue or suggestions to try?
