App not starting on Android

Hello,
My system is running on OS 2.0.
The app on my Galaxy S10 just stopped working, I click on the app but it does connect or even try to connect to my system regardless of whether Im on the same network or not. I have tried uninstalling the app on the phone and reinstalling but no joy.
I also have a Galaxy S8 and there is no problem here connecting to my Control4 system..
Attached is a screen shot of what Im getting.
