As the title suggests, my old NVR crapped out and needed to be replaced. I am currently unable to view the cameras on the C4 app. I’m wondering if this is possible to fix via Composer HE or does it have to go through a dealer?

It’s a Hikvision 16 CH NVR (DS-7716NI-I4). Cameras are all Hikvision (combination of 4MP and 8MP cameras).
If I needed a dealer, could it be done remotely? Would it take long/cost much? Sorry for the basic questions as I’m unsure of what is actually required as a C4 newbie.
