Have used these motions. You could also use a LUMA camera and program off that motion to turn on your light.

Can this still be down? It’s exactly what I want to do. Just got a LUMA 510 system installed with Lutron lights and control4

I want to trigger the outdoor lights wired to smart switches to turn on with motion events. 
 

I have been looking to see if it’s possible natively but have been unsure. I would like to know what’s possible before I ask the  Integrator.
