I highly recommend turning off all update settings. Denon seems to release updates extremely regularly. This creates a pop up message on the screen that takes several minutes to go away. Turning off all the updates and preventing the notifications will stop this issue

I believe the AVR-960h has its own driver now. We use that model regularly now due to supply and demand

For anyone else that is looking for the IP Driver option for this model:

I have found that the AVR-X6700H driver works as long as you static it and manually enter in your IP in your connections.
