Hi All,

I have having issue connecting Alexa to our showroom project. it shows devices unresponsive for all C4 devices in alexa app.

I have successfully connected Google home but alexa just wont connect. i have tried factory resetting alexa, deleting app and disabling skills and enabling it multiple times to no avail.

Can we have any resolution ?

Hello Team,

Can someone assist me in getting blind drivers for Australian brand called Wynstan. they have bridge which you can use to connect to C4 controller but would like link to download/purchase the drivers for Wynmotion blinds.

The blue iris app works so does the website.

I have same issue with my Hikvision cameras any suggestion ?
