My DS2 keyboard does not respond. The alert still works. Any troubleshooting ideas? Can the keypad be replaced? 

Is this managed by C4 installer or HVAC tech? 

I do not have a humidifier or dehumidifier. Iny previous home if humidity was high, it turned on AC. 

I have C4 wireless thermostats that report the humidity. When I click on humidity, I can see the circle with a setting, but cannot change the setting. I'd like to be able to set lower humidity during the summer. I found a webpage that show adjusting the max humidity as you would temperature. But it does not adjust. How might I set the humidity control? 

C4 and Hayward Omnilogic were intermittent friends at best. I recently over into a home with both C4 & Omnilogic. After two weeks attempting to register the pool system under my name all apps went on vacation and when attempting to register with Omnilogic, it replied that the MSP was in use. Today, I was checking for firmware status and noted that WIFI was offline. I reconnected WIFI and was subsequently allowed to connect to the pool through the app. 

How can I communicate my new Hayward credentials to C4? Is that done through Haywards site making C4 an approved user or through C4? 

6 zones, 2 amps. I tried power off reset and initially that did not work. What I soon discovered was that the amplifier/receiver was not completed turned on. The first press of the power button turns on zone2, the remainder turned back on with a second push to the power button. 

The audio stopped working in some of our rooms. It shows the music playing in those rooms. I don't hear the relay in the amps click when turning on in those rooms. I powered down and up all components without luck. 

I have two receivers. Audio works in the family room and you can hear a relay throw in the unit when I turn on that room. No sound when I turn on the backyard, dining room or office. The panels appear to indicate music is on and volume set, but no output. Any ideas?
