Also depending on the height of your dish, (14ft is the max) you’d need to tell sky to send out an engineer who can go up higher.

I'm aware it might not be straightforward to install Sky Q and make it compatible with Control 4.
How should I ensure I have everything ready for when the Sky Engineer comes to install?
