Josep Posted October 18, 2021 Share Posted October 18, 2021 Good morning, I am a home automation system integrator and I have a problem integrating a NetworX alarm with Control4. I am using the NX-584 communication module from NetworX communicating by RS232 with an EA-5 through a Null Modem cable to Serial1, I use the driver for NX-584 from the Control4 database. The issue is that when using the driver the first time the communication is established and I can use the alarm from control4 without problem but, after 2 days, the communication is cut off and it stops working. I have tried deleting and re-adding the alarm driver, changing the communication port, factory resetting both the alarm and the EA-5 and downloading it from the OS version without any results. The NX-584 module keeps the second communication LED on permanently and does not receive information after Someone has information on where the problem may be. Thank you. All the best.
