Howsitgoing1985 Posted March 16, 2017 Share Posted March 16, 2017 so I have a SR250-Z-B and a HC-250 I can't seem to get my controller to work. I've tried following everything that people say and nothing works. I've done the roomoff, #,*,1,3,4,1,3 and I've tried roomoff,#,*,1,5,4,1,5 I've also tried taking batteries out tried resetting zigbee server. I've tried battery in and out well holding 4 button and 0. Is my remote pooched? It well start it well go into settings it shows MAC address it shows everything on the remote but it well not get out of waiting for network. I'm going a little crazy because of it. Derrick Cain Posted March 16, 2017 Share Posted March 16, 2017 If you did # * 13413 on the remote, the remote is now removed from the Zigbee mesh.
