This switch comes with a certified C4 serial driver and 3 pairs of SnapAV single cat 5 A/V baluns for distribution over cat5. This unit is in my personal system and has been rack mounted in a climate controlled environment.Also included is a 19" decora mounting blank that will allow you to rack mount the decora size baluns.If you're interested in whole house A/V source distribution this is a great unit. Neo is a California based manufacturer, that's right made in the good ole US of A.All reasonable inquires will be entertained.
