C4needhelp Posted March 19, 2012 Share Posted March 19, 2012 Hi,newbie to the system. I have a light that shows it is on in the web navigator dash board screen but the light is not on. Its a dual pot light with a dimmer switch. I tried using different accesses to the dashboard to turn it off but it still shows on and is stuck on at 97%. I've tried all off, I've tried shutting off the breaker to the lights and that did not work either.
