Hilaldo Posted August 27, 2007 Share Posted August 27, 2007 I have a dimmer that may have the wrong firmware loaded because it will not recognize in composer. So far I have tried a reset for the device by using (9-9-9). I've also tried to verify the channel number (7-4-7) but it responds with nothing. I guess you could try to disconnect it from power (disconnect the hot or neutral wire) for a few minutes, sort of like a hard reboot. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The dimmer was disconnected and reconnected into another location and it WILL NOT recognize in composer. Guess I'll just need to toss it and buy a new one!
