Newby: Learning Curve... Composer ME Problem...

Very much the newby here... System installed last week... Dealer gave me the "go do" to review the manual, play with the system, and generate a list of questions. He is spread very thin and I really want to make our next Q&A session productive. I also want to explore what additional resources at my disposal, such as this forum.

I am attempting to get familiar with the system by creating playlists and loading songs.

Specific problem:

I am unable to bring up all the menu items on my copy of the Composer ME software. I downloaded the posted copy of the software from the Control4 website, but the stuff that is supposed to show up in panes to the right doesn't show up. What I'm looking at doesn't jibe with the manual.

Hopefully, the following screen shots will provide a clue.

This problems has been resolved. The splash screen had the clue. The Composer Media Edition was version 1.3.2.228; the Director was version 1.3.2.234. They both should have been 1.3.2.234. Although I thought I had done a complete install, I had deleted an executable that was not in the c:\Program Files directory.

A complete uninstall was done and the program reloaded. Life is much better now.
