mteele Posted May 15, 2012 Share Posted May 15, 2012 I received my initial shipment of gear yesterday with my first HC-800. For this installation I'll be using an HC-800 as the main controller, with (2) HC-250's at each TV location in the home.The first thing I tried doing with the HC-800 was update the software from 2.2 to 2.2.1. At first I was getting error codes getting it registered properly to the my.control4 account, but it finally went through. But the update never took off after downloading was complete. I was pushing the update from my laptop via WiFi. Thinking that was maybe the problem, I cancelled the update, did a factory reset of the 800, and tried pushing the update again from a desktop computer. I let it sit on the Update Manager for 6 hours last night and it didn't change anything.I've attached the log files from Update Manager. Can someone take a look and help me troubleshoot?
