andropov Posted July 30, 2012 Share Posted July 30, 2012 My HC-500 is no longer able to load projects. When trying to load a project, Composer will eventually lose connectivity and a popup message will say "Director is not responding to commands. Would you like to keep waiting for a response?" If I say yes, the same message will reappear after a minute or so. Also, after a reboot of the HC-500, the project is blank. During all of this, there is no loss of IP connectivity to the controller, as no pings are lost.I suspect a hard drive problem, or some form of OS corruption. Has anyone experienced anything similar to what I describe above, and if so, how did you resolve it?
