ngthcongvnit Posted March 17, 2013 Share Posted March 17, 2013 I have a HC-300-E-B with 1.3.2 , after i upgrade to 2.2.4 by USB-Restore but it occur problem. Now , when i power on HC , its still blink orange WIFI status LED ... i read doccument for factory default but on the back of the device i dont see the small hole ( to the right of the Audio In jacks ) so i cannot factory default anybody can help me for the problem so device work normal !Thanks so much Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

PixelPerfect Posted April 8, 2013 Share Posted April 8, 2013 Did you read the release notes on the upgrade process, are you saying the controller was on 1.3.2? If so you could not upgrade straight to 2.x, you had to upgrade to 1.7.x, then to 1.8.x, then finally up to 2.x. I believe that is the upgrade path you have to follow.
