ericsson Posted April 10, 2013 Share Posted April 10, 2013 Currently running a C4 intercom door station with 4 x C4-TW7C0-BL (In wall touch screen with camera) and 2 x C4-TSMC7-EN-BL (Portable touchscreen with camera) and my controller is a HC 800 running os 2.3. The issue is once the doorbell is pressed, the screens dont show the video preview they come up with the intercom answer screen but say audio only. When u answer the call then it shows you the video.
