ChrisE Posted June 30, 2013 Share Posted June 30, 2013 I finally decided to update my system to the latest version and now when I run MyHome PC it won't connect.On Mac it says "The maximum number of MyHome licenses has been exceeded".On iPad it says "license unavailable"How can my licenses be exceeded when I have a site license? I have previously purchased 2 iphone licenses and those connect fine, but anything else I try to connect with the site license won't work. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I had to disable the two old iphone devices on my.control4.com and also deleted all the drivers for myhome in the system. Then I was able to connect with the MyHome PC apps.
