I pointed an HC300 to a subdirectory of my NAS-based music collection with ~19GB of mp3s and started scanning. The first ~1200 art lookups went very fast, then the lookup rate slowed down to 1 song every 50-60 seconds and it's been going on like this for the last 24+ hours. Plenty of free mem & CPU on the Composer PC (Vmware Fusion XP session actually on a Mac).Is this normal? My entire collection is 10x what's in that subdirectory, it would take weeks to scan it at that rate.thx Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
