Padwerx Posted February 18, 2008 Share Posted February 18, 2008 I have done several AppleTV's and have one in my house. Integration is the same as adding an IR controller DVD player. There is no metadata stream so the touch screens or navigators will not show any information. You just select the AppleTv and the input is switched to the AppleTV. kchizz Posted February 23, 2008 Share Posted February 23, 2008 Padwerx, How have you made out with the "push and hold" to scroll quickly through the menus? It has worked great for us, but then after the latest AppleTV update, a single push inside the movie section and keyboard entry (like in YouTube or password entry) causes a double emit. The answer, we found was to find another device type similar to DVD that allows mapping to page up or down so we can learn the push and hold there, and the single push on the up, down, left, right enter, but we cant seem to find a good device type.
