C4-DR -RM4-M 4 x 5amp relay for controlling blinds keeps burning out

Has anyone ever had issues with the C4-DR -RM4-M 4 x 5amp burning out (Relays fusing together) when controlling power to operate window blinds up and down. If so what was found to be the problem and how did you resolve it?
