id4 Posted March 17, 2008 Share Posted March 17, 2008 Hi,I just got my c4 install done, which includes a v3 multi channel amp.I bought my Composer HE 1.3.2 and installed on a XP box. The installation went through fine.Now, whenever I start and connect to the "Director" on HC300, I get an error message saying, "The Composer portion of the driver for 'Multi Channel Amplifier v3 - 16' failed to initialize.Some of the functionality may fail to work corretcly within Composer."I have attached the screen shot of the error message here.Any help on how to resolve this would be appreciated.Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

slemay Posted March 20, 2008 Share Posted March 20, 2008 Latest version of Composer HE is now 1.3.2.438 (includes support for the new HC-500). slemay Posted April 3, 2008 Share Posted April 3, 2008 I believe it gets emailed to you - the ME is upgradable on the site.1.3.2 is the latest HE version - and it was sent out 6 or so months ago. MAKE SURE you're email account is current in my.control4.com - as that is where they email the update / reminders to!
