Popcorn Hour problems

I have 2 Popcorn hour C-300 tied into the DD server.  I constantly have issues when the unit it called up to play a movie.  I 95% of the time get the main setup screen of the Popcorn Hour unit.  Everything is setup correctly, I normally have to do a hard reboot on the unit then call up the movie. This however only works half the time.  I end up just finding the physical DVD and playing it in a local DVD player
