ControllAll Posted February 22, 2015 Share Posted February 22, 2015 I have several Samsung TVs, connected via the EXLINK serial port, at multiple sites. In all cases, the TV responds to commands issued. However, it seems that the TV does not reply to the command, as the Control4 driver re-sends the command several times over (and the log in the Lua console also indicates a re-send). For example, when hitting volume up, the volume will increase by multiple steps. When hitting mute, the TV will mute, unmute, mute, unmute, mute. In some cases, the TV is an exact model number match to the driver, in other cases it isn't. On all TVs I've enabled hospitality mode, and turned on UART for the EXLINK mode. In some cases the serial line is direct to the HC800, in other cases it goes into a HDBaseT balun, and then into the HC800. Has anyone else experienced this, and/or have a solution? Thanks!
