Impact IP camera integration

I have four Impact IP cameras connected to an Axis server which my installer has integrated, somewhat, into my system. The problem is that one of the cameras is a PTZ, and my installer has not been able to integrate the PTZ functionality into the system. At first he told me that C4 said they would write a driver for it, but then later said that C4 said they could/would not. The camera is model number IM-DI23VDNF-EX. You can find it here http://www.impactcctv.com. Does anyone have any suggestions? By the way, some time back I asked others here about running Composer HE using Parallels on a Macintosh. I have mine running fine in Parallels now.
