tadduci
Hello,I have a small 4" touch panel (with scroll wheel and small white button) and the POE ac adapter has two binking lights (one green and one amber) as if it is hibernating or something. Everything was working fine but now it is not turning on for some reason. How does the small white plastic cover come off?Thank you.
danlevine
Pull the knob off and beneath it there will be a nut. Unscrew that nut and the plastic will come off.
tadduci
I assume I can disconnect power and reconnect and it will un-hibernate if that is what it is doing? Is there a way to prevent this condition? Thanks.
str1der
I'm having a similar issue since upgrading to 1.6 . It will work for awhile but after a bit it will either lock up or go blank and not come back on. I either have to reboot or pull the power. Did your problem start after the 1.6 upgrade? tadduci
I have a new install. How do you pull power? From the unit itself in the wall?
danlevine
If they are the ethernet units they are POE. THe power is injected over the cat5 line. You can unplug that from either side. The other way to reboot those units is to hold the big knob down for like 10-15 seconds and it reboots.
str1der
Any ideas on what's causing these to lock up. It seems to be happening when I launch Rhapsody from the 4" screen. It's the ethernet model using POE. This is driving my wife crazy.
