Remote problem - Director not triggered on main tv with 4 key

Using the 4 button to bring up the director in the great room on the main plasma display was pretty handy to select audio (display cover art for parties, etc) This feature was working before and after installing a C4 amp, adding another zone (bathroom), and adding a Sony 777 disc changer.

Now, I am unable to get the director up on my main plasma in my great room. It worked fine before, using four taps on the 4 key (thanks to c4forums for this tip) to get to the director scren if the TV was already on . Actually, I think the way I had it before, depressing the 4 key once started up the TV and accompanying audio if it was off

Any thoughs for this vague, yet frustrating system remote issue?

Check your Outputs and make sure the On Screen Display for the Room is set to that plasma. Also make sure the video endpoint is set to the plasma.
