Hammer Posted September 1, 2008 Share Posted September 1, 2008 I’ll give a call to my dealer on Tuesday, but since it is a holiday I thought I would post my issue/question.I had an issue with one of my remotes while I was navigating my PVR guide menu. The remote stopped responding then went into a rebooting loop just displaying “Control4 Remote” with an hour glass. I tried new batteries, same thing still happened. I figured it was a bad remote and I would tell the dealer when he came out for my version 1.6 upgrade. In the mean time I have been using another room’s remote for a couple of weeks and today it started to do the same thing. I was wondering if there was some secrete key presses that I did that somehow cleared the programming/association of the remotes or what? henniae Posted September 2, 2008 Share Posted September 2, 2008 I had this exact same thing happen to one of my remotes. When I changed the the batteries it was fixed. Perhaps try one more different set of batteries. Let the remote sit for 1 minute without the batteries. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
