swinter Posted October 23, 2008 Share Posted October 23, 2008 My dealer just installed my C4 system but we ran into an issue gettaing to media stored on my NAS. I use a D-Link DNS-323 two 500GB drives configured for RAID. The D-Link box sets the root folder name to //Volume_1/ automatically and it cannot be changed. Although its not an issue with any other device (including my AV receiver), the HC300 can't seem to access it. The dealer's programmer suspected that it might be the underscore in the folder name may be the cause. He's successfully connected it to a shared folder on a PC that I installed on the network, but no luck on the NAS. Anyone else seen this? Could it be a C4 bug?
