titus Posted January 22, 2009 Share Posted January 22, 2009 Long story, short:I took the cover off one of my LCD keypads in order to verify the wiring behind it (since I'm exploring an upgrade). Now for the life of me I can't re-attach the cover correctly. I see the plastic grips on the left side but I can't figure out how to make the right side stay.I'm generally very handy but if there is a trick to this I would love to know. jbs Posted January 22, 2009 Share Posted January 22, 2009 This might not be it since I'd think you'd have noticed this when you took it off, and I don't own an LCD keypad, but usually a scroll-wheel device like that will have a nut that goes around the stem of the wheel. So to take it apart you'd have pulled off the wheel, then used some needle-nose pliers to unscrew the nut, then lifted it off.
