Is there a special number to call at Rhapsody relating to issues with Rhapsody through control 4, as I understand it has different servers? Jackman Posted February 16, 2009 Author Share Posted February 16, 2009 I found that power cycling my HC-500 helps when I don't get a response when searching or just trying to play a channel. I wanted to have it automatically reboot daily so that it would be ready when I want to play music but my dealer said it wasn't good for the hardware. I don't know what to do but its quite frustrating after all the time and money that I have put into my system. I'm considering canceling my Rhapsody subscription and going back to itunes.
